About Me

Hi all. My name is Travis Stankewycz and I am 31 years of age and reside in Newcastle, Australia. I basically grew up here and have found it rather difficult to leave. Not a bad thing though, I hold a steady full-time job at Reece Irrigation and recently got engaged and now my wonderful girlfriend of 6 years has become my fiance and come the end of January 2011, my wife!  WOW! Special and exciting times ahead! 🙂

 I am a keen follower of many sports such as any type of Motor Racing, especially the V8’s (Holden) here in Oz and I am a mad Manchester United supporter, so to all you Chelsea fans, next season it’s all Red so be prepared! In saying that though, I still support the local Jets from the A-League and also the Newcastle Knights in the NRL but my love and dedication is with my beloved Red Devils.

I am currently studying Uni online (BA Internet Studies) and am looking at majoring in Website Design. This is my first website I have created and from here, the only way for me is up! More links to my work will be added as I complete them. This is only my second study period so I still have a long way to go but I know I can make it happen and fulfil my goals of becoming a website designer. It has been through my online Uni study that has opened my eyes to places like this and in doing so, has enabled me to create this Web Presence, not only for my assessment but also for me personally and introduce myself to basically the WORLD! My web presence contains information about myself and links to my Flickr photos and also work I have done in regards to website design and hopefully will be the central node to advertising ME, Travis Stankewycz – Up & Coming Website Designer!
